My name is Kristin Crawford and I am a crazy-redhead.

For the most part I am a nomad with “hometowns” in a variety of states and countries.  My family is currently living in Central Florida and I live someplace between there and the Western Michigan area depending on the time of the year.

For more years that I can remember I’ve always been intrigued with behind the scenes features and how-to tutorials. When I came to Calvin College I filled all of my free time with production work for the on campus TV station, CVN, and soon became obsessed with everything media production.

Now heading into my third year at Calvin College I continue to work on as many projects that I can make time for as well as devoting my semesters to my various production classes and CVN projects.

I am a fan of Adobe products and have used most to some degree; also I’ve had some experience in Avid and ProTools as well as Final Cut Pro and Motion. Illustrator and After Effects are some of my newest favorites and I’m working on learning them more. Graphic design is another big interest of mine. I am a producer and head graphics for CVN and in the Fall I will be a head designer for our school’s yearbook, Prism.
